This is an engaging and informative audio book about habits and their effects (both positive and negative) on our daily lives. Rubin, the author and narrator of the book, offers tips and tricks based on her research, as well as examples from her own life. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for motivation for building good habits and breaking bad ones. If you liked James Clear's "Atomic Habits" and/or Charles Duhigg's "Power of Habit", this book will be right up your alley.
