I am a firm believer that it's perfectly acceptable to judge a book by it's cover. If it's not something that catches your eye, then don't read it. I am glad that I didn't listen to my own instincts when it comes to Mister Invincible. This graphic novel was unlike anything else I had ever read. The use of pannels and white space was incredibly clever. What makes this superhero comic even better is the fact that Mister Incredible just looks like an average dude - showing that everyday people can be heroes.
